Pool members in good standing can reserve the pergola and couch area at the pool for a party for $80.

Reservations are for 15 people or less and now includes the new lounge/ couch area as well.  There is only ONE pool party allowed per day. If you are interested hosting a party at the pool, please email  westgateparkpool1@gmail.com to check to see if the date and time you want are available. Once your reservation is confirmed, a link for online payment will be sent.

Reservations are for a total of 3 hours from 11am-2pm or 4pm-7pm . Set up and clean up must happen within the 3 hour time frame. All parties must be finished and cleaned up by 7pm.

 The pool will remain open to the membership during your event.  Members who reserve the pool for party, must be present the entire time and assume all liability for guests. Members who reserve the pool for a party and are responsible for their guests knowing and following pool rules and for the safety of their guests.

Hosting a party at the pool without a reservation  will result in membership suspension.  

 If you have pizza, cake or large volumes of trash, please bring a trash bag and take it with you. Our garbage cans are not large and fill quickly especially on the weekends.
