Pool Party Passes can be purchased for $80. Reservations are for 15 people or less and now includes the new lounge / couch area as well. If you are interested in purchasing a Party Pass please email me at westgateparkpool1@gmail.com to check to see if the date and time you want are available. Party Passes are for a total of 3 hours from 11am-2pm or 4pm-7pm . Set up and clean up must happen within the time frame. All parties must be finished and cleaned up by 7pm. Members who reserved the party, MUST be at the party the entire time and liable for all guests.
The pool will remain open to the membership during your event. Hosting a party at the pool without a reservation will result in membership suspension. If you have pizza, cake or large volumes of trash, please bring a trash bag and take it with you. Our garbage cans are not large and fill quickly especially on the weekends.
Groups of 8 or more are considered a party and you should reserve the pergola/ couch area . Using the pergola area for a party without prior approval will result in suspension of your membership.
